To achieve this, we will ensure our teacher reflective practices honor student identity and culture so students thrive academically, socially and emotionally. We will examine our data driven instruction, curriculum and assessments to meet parent, state and district standards. At James John Elementary, we are building the stepping stones for future leaders who will have the confidence to be innovators.
